Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing any TATC service made available under an applicable agreement, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Services

TATC TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. discusses model-access and reference bare-metal GPU configurations for advanced computing workloads. Service scope, deployment location, service levels and commercial terms are defined in the quotation and signed agreement.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the services for unlawful activities.
• Do not attempt to circumvent tenant isolation or access resources you are not entitled to.
• Do not use the services for malware, phishing, attacks or infringement of third-party rights.
• Hold the rights and permissions needed for your data and workloads, including images, video and personal data.
• Respect all applicable Thai laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and telecommunications regulations.

TATC is establishing a customer review process for new service engagements. Before enabling access, TATC will review business identity, authorised representatives, intended use and restrictions applicable to the selected service. Read our Responsible Use approach

4. Billing

Pricing is based on the selected configuration and service term and is stated in each customer quotation and service agreement. Contact info@tatc.cloud for billing inquiries.

5. Service Availability

Availability targets, response times, maintenance windows and customer notifications are defined in the signed service agreement.

6. Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
